Lovely hotel.Better than expected, maybe because of change of hands to the classy Melia chain of Hotels.Rooms well looked after, lovely bathrooms.Very relaxing and romantic style in the spacious lobby. The rooms were very nicely presented with interesting views over the city in this particular spot in Sevilla(which obviously is not a central location for those who don't know about Sevilla).
They must do something about the steps down to the lobby at the entrance,They've forgotten about people who find them a massive obstacle!I Think staff should be more friendly,I couldn't understand the lack of hospitality exhibited(?are they not paid enough).Melia definitely need to re-train the waiters in order to clear the tables of plates as they are used, and they must make sure plates or food don't run out! They should be able to speak better English if they want to accept international customers.I Expected bigger range of cooked breakfast for a 4 star hotel.Room walls are too thin,be aware!

The rooftop pool provided fantastic views and was a great spot to relax, but the noisy street made it hard to sleep at night. Overall, I enjoyed my stay despite some challenges.

Excellent location. Staff very friendly. Room overlooking courtyard very quiet. Clean towels provided daily and cleaner was happy to wait until afternoon to clean room after a late night out.
Only downside was the pool not open until May even though temperatures in the 30's in April and roof terrace only open 1200 - 2000 hrs.

We always stay in this hotel : this time we had spacious triple , clean rooms, pleasant decoration, enough shampoo and gel , clean sheets and towels excellent buffet breakfast , beautiful decoration of the main hall , english speaking staff ( they know everything about Seville and can recommend what is worth seeing where to eat etc). There are a lot of city buses to the center of the town which go just from the hotel .

The place was clean with a pleasant and amazingly nice staff who informed us her name was Elena and slammed the phone down when we asked for a manager. The restaurant was small for dinner, we ordered freshly cooked dishes.

The hotel is quite nice and clean. Breakfast is good althought it is a bit expensive - 16 euros. The only problem was the very thin ceiling of the bathroom which allowed to hear quite clearly all the noisy coming from the neighbouring rooms.

This is really good hotel with a reasonable room rates. Room was big and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent.
Some of the hotel stuff could be more kind, patient and professional. The city center is more than half hour by walk (not much if you stay just for 2-3 days).

My stay was fantastic! I loved the rooftop pool with its stunning views of Seville and the diverse buffet breakfast that had something for everyone. Having a well-maintained room with a comfortable bed was a treat, too.

Attentive staff made us feel welcome.
The cleanliness of the room upon arrival was unacceptable.

I am unable to find any fault with the facilities and quality of the food at this four star hotel which is clearly justified. If the trip to Saville is a brief sight-seeing visit to enjoy and appreciate this wonderful city, the 20 minute bus journey to and from the hotel is unfortunate.. There appear to be a number of similar hotels within the City Centre which may be more suitable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. The roof terrace and pool were also a bonus in the extreme heat of Sevilla in summer! The hotel was in the Macarena area of the city which is a short bus ride from the centre and the area seemed friendly and 'real' compared to the more touristy areas.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel facilities (pool, bar, restaurant, gift shop, and underground parking) were more than adequate. Breakfast buffet was super! Taxi to town center was recommended due to heat, and it cost only about 5 Euro.
There was a construction curtain covering one entire side of the hotel. I asked to have a room (any room) that did not face that curtain. They gave me one, but I had to pay an additional 8 Euro/day. Also, it would be helpful to have more lounge chairs near the pool. There are far fewer than actually needed during pool season.
